A situation when well-known American firms, engaged in tuning in Europe have little weight is usual. Lingenfelter Performance Engineering is such kind of custom center, which stands among such monsters as the Saleen and Hennessey. For about 30 years the company tunes only American cars. And this time their eyes were turned to the original «Yankee» - Chevrolet Camaro SS.

Lingenfelter specialists were not going to come cheap ant put all the cards on the table immediately - five tuning complects for V8 6.2 L99 and V8 6.2 LS3 motors with capacity from 550 to 800 power. The first three kits (550, 570 and 650 «horses») involve driving pr TVS2300, new software and optimized systems, cooling and injection, as well as the air filter.
The last two packages (750 and 800 forces) are different from the rest in the scope of work. Under the hood 7L V8 engine is installed with finalized cylinders, forged pistons and titanium connecting-rod. However, less powerful version outputs its 750 horses and 928 N • m torque through pr, and top-version with the 800 hp and 1085 newton-meters - by two turbochargers.
Packages improvements will be made available to the car with mechanic gearbox as well as the automatic. A monster with 550 hp tuners will do for two weeks from your Camaro, but the construction of 800-strong demon takes eight to ten weeks. It is a pity that the tuners do not yet disclose the price of their «growth pills».
